Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, as developed by Grand Master Helio Gracie has been proven against all other forms of self defense, in arenas such as Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and integrated into many branches of the U.S. Military and Law Enforcement. Its use of leverage, energy efficiency, and control make it an ideal self defense system for those with less strength and/or athleticism.
     Helio Gracie himself, lacking athletic attributes took Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and modified all the traditional techniques for use by someone who had little strength and/or agility. This system continues to benefit men, women and children worldwide since 1925.
